Wheel Lock lug nuts rusted.

In September of 2009 I purchased and installed a set of 20 Gorilla brand Acorn 12mm X 1.50, Model 71633N wheel lock type lug nuts. The set contained 20 wheel locking lug nuts. By February of 2010 (6 months) all the lug nuts had significant amounts of rust on the surface of them. Never had any car where this happened and I have lived in Michigan all my life (66 years). I sent the company a letter explaining my situation, but never got any reply. I don't know if my situation was unique, but I would never buy a Gorilla product again.
