My phone barely charges with this cord (in fact, my computer seems to think it's a USB 1.0 cable). It also seems to be killing my 3G randomly while connected.

Both the car and wall charger worked but with a different USB than the one that was provided. Not sure why the USB that was purchased did not work. Luckily, I had an extra USB cable at home.
Dead on Arrival - Junk

I bought this specifically for charging my Droid X. A few said it works, other says only for a day or so, what is my chance of getting one that works? Looking back, why am I frustrated? Because I have my hopes up and waited. I have the chance to get the more expensive ($10 - $20) but not sure it will work either or maybe it will. Lesson Learned: I got what I paid for. Dirt Cheap.

I bought these cables because the wife and I both have DROIDs. I own the original and she has the Incredible and we could both use a backup cable. Unfortunately, these cables don't play nice. One cable is a complete failure. It doesn't get read by the computers we own and doesn't charge. The other cable reads fine, but charges terribly slow. Not worth even the small amount of money spent if it doesn't work.

Bought one, received it a few days later and no problems to report. It's a bit longer than the stick one, which is nice, and does what it was designed to do.
